  Position: Physician Recruiter

Department: Physician Services

Duties: Physician Recruitment

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or Marketing is preferred. Three to five years of experience working with the public at a professional level is preferred.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Applicants should be organized, detail oriented, time line driven and willing to travel. Basic computer skills are required as well as proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

  Position: Director of Risk Management

Department: Administration

Duties: Coordinates patient safety and risk managemant program for the organization and develops related organizational policy and procedures.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Must have five years of hospital related clinical experience, with at least three years of risk management experience. Knowledge of claims management and published patient safety goals is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with physician, nursing, and other health care professionals as well as legal counsel is required. Ability to review and interpret medical records for potential liability issues is required. Ideal candidate would be ASHRM certified. If not certified, must be willing to obtain certification within three years.

  Position: Director-Medical Staff Services

Department: Administration

Duties: Directs and Guides the organization of the operations of the Medical Staff Services department to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the Medical Center as well as meeting the requirements of Medical Staff Bylaws, JCAHO standards, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulatory and accrediting agencies. Coordinates medical staff activities and acts a liason between the medical staff, nursing staff, and administration to ensure the administrative responsibilities of the medical staff are met.

Qualifications: High School graduate is required and a business certificate preferred. Two years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. CPMSM preferred or to become certified within one year of eligibility. Knowledge of basic office equipment and basic computer skills are required. The ideal candidate should be able to organize and professionally manage workload. Professional sophistication, presence, and comfort level to facilitate working with health care professionals. Technical knowledge of automated support system and maintenance of the same.

Current Openings are located in the following areas: Critical Care Premium for Day Shift $5.00- Night Shift $9.00 Intensive Care Unit - MICU Full Time Night Shift/Day Shift Intensive Care Unit - SICU Full Time Night Shifts/Day Shift Obstetrics 7:00pm-7:00am

  Position: Accounting Manager

Department: FINANCIAL SERVICES

Duties: Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for the development and preperation of the financial statements, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules. Leads effort in completion of major departmental projects as directed by the Controller. The position involves the supervision of the accounting department.

Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent is required. Three years of experience in health care setting is required. Two years of management experience is required. CPA certification is a plus. Must be proficient in a variety of personal computer applications, particulary spreadsheet and word processing. Knowledge and understanding of HBOC, FAS, API, and Trendstar systems is preferred. Strong written and verbal communications skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail is higly desireable. Ability to process confidential data required. Must be able to work independently to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement a plus. Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization needed.
