Directions to our Facility

From Lexington, Ky.:

• Take I-64E to Winchester
• Stay on I-64E until you see the Mountain Parkway exit.
• Exit right onto the Mountain Parkway.
• Continue until you see Salyersville.
• Follow Rt. 114 to Prestonsburg.
• Then follow Rt. 23 South to Pikeville.
• In Pikeville take Downtown Pikeville exit.
• Follow signs to hospital.

From Huntington, W.Va.:

• Take I-64W to the Ashland/Louisa exit.
• Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Rt. 23 South.
• Stay on Rt. 23 South to Pikeville.
• Take the Downtown Pikeville exit.
• Follow signs to hospital.

From Charleston, W.Va.:

• Take the I-64 WEST ramp towards HUNTINGTON
• Merge on I-64 WEST
• Take the US-119 SOUTH/OAKWOOD RD exit, exit #58A
• Continue on US-119 SOUTH
• Turn Left on KY-1426

From Tri-Cities Regional Airport (near Bristol, Tn.)

• Follow I-81 South
• Take exit 57 (to Kingsport)
• Follow I-181 to the US 23 North exit
• Stay on US 23 North to Pikeville.
• Take the Downtown Pikeville exit.
• Follow signs to hospital.
